Anawangin cove + Capones Island trip 2010

Via Victory Liner (around P250 each)
Ride a bus bound to Iba, Zambales. Just ask the driver to drop you off on San Antonio. The drop off point in San Antonio is where our manong trycycle/bangkero (mang willie -09183814562) will fetch us. Good thing sinamahan niya kami sa market to buy our food na lulutuin sa anawangin.

We arrived in Anawangin after a 45-minutes boat ride..Remember to bring plastic bags for your trash as well as pantakip ng bags during the travel dahil maalon dito especially when you leave at noon onwards. Boatride cost us P1300 for 2 persons kaya nakakuha kami ng discount. Hindi mismo si mang willie ang naghatid samin pero he has 2 more bangkeros which are both ok naman..

And here we are!

We then setup our tent on the designated camp site. There are caretakers who will somehow assist you in setting up the tent and don't forget to pay for the entrance fee of P100. We had to prepare for our dinner for the cove has no electricity yet and we only have a lamp for the night. Regarding Anwangin's beach, ive read some articles stating na biglang lalim nga daw sa beach nito.To be sure dun nalang kami naligo sa mababaw na part lang.

bird's eye view if you climb the mountain..Clean and peaceful cove.

On the next day, time to pack things and were going to Capones Island! No time to swim kasi derecho na kami uwi dun kaya wala ng banlawan,,Capones Island has white sand..We didn't go to the lighthouse kasi under renovation daw siya during that time..Water is crystal clear however super lakas ng waves during that time..
